Scope Of Work
Every project is delivered according to the agreed brief, deliverables, timeline, and pricing shared in the proposal or written communication. Work outside the approved scope may require a revised quotation and timeline.
Client Materials
Clients are responsible for providing accurate reference files, measurements, drawings, brand assets, site information, and approval instructions. Delays or errors in source information may affect output quality, timing, and revision needs.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions are handled according to the package or agreement in place. Substantial design changes, repeated direction changes, or work requested after approvals may be billed as additional services.
Payments
Invoices, deposits, and staged payments must be completed according to the payment schedule provided for the project. Final files, source material, or release-ready deliverables may be held until outstanding balances are cleared.
Intellectual Property
Preliminary concepts, visualization methods, workflow systems, and unpublished presentation material remain the property of Janan Manzil unless explicit transfer terms are agreed in writing. Client-owned plans and assets remain the property of their respective owners.
Marketing Rights
Unless confidentiality restrictions are agreed in writing, we may display completed work in our portfolio, presentations, or marketing channels after public release or project completion.
Limitation Of Use
Architectural renders, concept imagery, and presentation documents are visual communication tools. They do not replace engineering, statutory approvals, or construction documentation unless specifically stated in the scope of work.
