Project Onboarding
We begin after confirming the brief, deliverables, desired visual style, deadlines, and payment structure. To avoid production delays, clients should submit organized files, reference examples, and clear approval points at the start of the project.
Communication Policy
Project communication should remain centralized through agreed channels such as email or a designated contact person. Consolidated feedback improves turnaround speed, accuracy, and version control.
Review And Approval Process
Drafts, previews, and progress files are issued for review before final output. Once a stage is approved, later changes may affect budget and schedule if they require reworking already-approved material.
Delivery Standards
Final deliverables are supplied in the file formats and resolutions defined in the proposal or project conversation. Delivery times depend on complexity, clarity of feedback, and the speed of client approvals.
Rush Work
Fast-track or urgent delivery requests may be accepted when scheduling allows. Rush work can involve adjusted pricing, limited revision windows, or narrower deliverable scope depending on the timeline.
Service Quality Policy
We aim for clear, presentation-ready work that supports architectural communication and decision-making. Visual style, lighting mood, material realism, and detail level are aligned to the approved brief rather than assumed without direction.
Cancellation And Pauses
If a project is paused or cancelled after work has started, completed stages and time already invested may still be billable. Any remaining deliverables, editable files, or unused work time are handled according to the project status at the time of cancellation.
